Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BRUH Lifestyle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags (if applicable)

Please include your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges

 

If you need a different size or replacement item, we’re happy to exchange it if inventory is available.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• A photo of the item

We will send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
